Since a few days ago we are not able to access the internet from the laptop when we are in the office, but as soon as we enter the door of the company everything is fine. In summary the employer can prohibit the access to the Internet to its employees on the equipment of the company (ex: desktop PC, smartphones made available to the employees), but it does not have the right to scramble the mobile networks operators.
An employee must therefore be able to fully use the features of his personal smartphone on the premises of the company.
